OLOCENE
Olocene is the ability of Hemp to maintain your body temperature at a stable level. It's fresh and breathable in summer, warm and thermo-regulating in winter. Our Hemp, made only with wet spun long stable fibres, maximizes this property more than any other natural fabric. We call this "Olocene Technology", referring to the Holocene period: the unique glacial period that makes life possible with constant temperatures.

When you touch our Hemp knitwear for the first time, you won't believe it's Hemp.
"Macera" is our secret recipe that makes Hemp softer than ever. The garment is macerated with special washing and custom machinery.

Opera Campi's knitwear comes straight from One laboratory located in Parma, Italy.
We started our precious experience in 2017 when we met Giuliana. Together we studied how to improve knitting techniques with Hemp.
Today we have years of experience, made of special machines, little secrets, washing recipes, everything embodied into our knitted masterpieces.

the hemp lab
Creating garments in woven hemp requires experience that no one has. Opera Campi has invested for years in the same tailors in Parma and Reggio in Emilia. We have made mistakes together, and fortunately, neither we nor our suppliers have given up. Only in this way can we ensure quality over time.
ON DEMAND PRODUCTION
We make our products after we receive our orders, in just a few working days. This philosophy guarantees the latest version of the product while reducing stock obsolescence and overall waste.

We select only the finest quality Hemp. Only natural, wet-spun long-staple Hemp.

Our laboratories are close to Parma, Italy. Transport is reduced to the minimum between suppliers. All products are sewn on demand.

superhemp® "verde ombra"
Verde Ombra Fabric is a pure, 100% Hemp fabric from our weaving mill in Varese, Italy.
Compared to other colors, Verde Ombra has a different textile structure that makes it more stretchy and elastic. It's more comfortable, however the only downside is that it requires dry cleaning.
Ample thickness, premium breathability, thermo-regulation, and extreme durability are the main features of this year-round fabric.

100% hemp
We have developed the finest 100% Hemp fabrics since 2017. After picking the best quality of long staple Hemp fibres, we weave it in Prato and Varese, in Italy.
true hemp
It may sound strange, but real Hemp is difficult to find. It is often mixed with ramie (a nettle), cotton, polyester or linen. And it is very difficult to verify the actual composition.
We periodically test our yarns to ensure that our Hemp is of the highest purity and quality. You can tell just by touching it, you can tell from the photo under the microscope, you can verify it with tests following the methodology Reg. EU 2011/1007 ISO 1833.
zero
From the plant to your wardrobe. Zero is our most radical collection. Undyed pure Hemp of the finest quality, in its natural color.
Zero products are so natural you can still see small pieces of Hemp fibre inside of it.
From field to wardrobe: zero colors, zero useless treatments to the fabric.
THE STRAW
We hand-pick the world's best Hemp plants, from which we derive the primary bast fiber.
BLONDE HAIR
Hemp fibers are woven to obtain hair-like soft filaments. Then, the pure Hemp is spun.
THE PRODUCT
The natural Hemp yarns arrive at our Italian laboratories where the garment is woven and manufactured by our artisans.
