- If you're outside the European Union and your order exceeds the de minimis threshold, you might pay duties depending on your country. We have plenty of international customers, and our prices are already optimized in order to be affordable worldwide;

- Products are shipped directly from our laboratories in Parma, Italy;
- We use the following couriers: DHL, FedEx, GLS depending on destination country;
- Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days from delivery date. In case of exchange the shipment cost is free. In case of return the shipment cost is paid by the customer

We are a small project, which is why we cannot afford to have dissatisfied customers — and we’ll do everything we can to make you happy. In many cases, return and exchange periods can even be extended for several months. We also often offer free repairs for rare cases of defects. Naturally, we rely on a relationship of good faith with our customers — based on mutual trust, genuine kindness, and understanding of our project.

The easiest way to return an order is the following:
1) Send us an email to casa@operacampi.com describing your issue and order number;
2) We'll reply you on how to proceed, in less than 48 hours;
3) Ship us back your product;
4) If it's an exchange you'll receive your product in record times
To be eligible for full refund, items must be returned in perfect condition, just as you received it.
