Refund policy

Return window
You have 14 calendar days to request a return, starting from the day you receive the last item of your order. If your order is delivered in more than one shipment, the 14 days start from the delivery of the final package.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused;
• have its original tags attached;
• be in its original packaging;
• be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return an item
1. Contact us at casa@operacampi.com to request a return.
2. If your request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to ship your package.
3. Ship the item within 5 business days of your return request. Returns shipped after this deadline may not be accepted.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or made-to-measure items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at casa@operacampi.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request an exchange by emailing us at casa@operacampi.com. Once your request is accepted, return the original item following the steps above and place a separate new order for the correct item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
